Doors
The beauty of windows (aesthetic slope and soft lines from outside) is present on doors too. From inside, the wing and the glass holder have their specific soft-line two steppe dangled of 45°, and from outside non-flat profiled surface. Entrance is the part of carpentry that is most used and therefore most frequently being damaged. We produce them from massive three-compartment door wings that are especially strengthened by aluminous box (dimension: 60x40mm). Also the frame is strengthened by 3 mm still profile.
We use massive "ROTO" hinges for fixing the door wings. Those hinges have the possibilities of adjusting along the vertical and horizontal line and also adjusting sealing to be weaker or stronger. Maximal carrying weight of this hinges are 120 kg each. The hinge is fixed very strong with large screws directly in aluminous box of wing and in still profile of frame.
Closing is done along the whole height so, apart from the central place, there are 4 locking place (2 under and 2 above the lock). Thanks to that, an ideal sealing is achieved even in the corners of the door. The front width (from outside 9cm, from inside 12cm.) enables fixing even the broadest and the fore the most luxurious door knobs.
